Dr. Salcedo is a dedicated pharmacy resident currently pursuing her VCU/Kroger Community-Based Residency in Roanoke, VA. Originally from Rhode Island and a graduate of the University of Rhode Island Pharm.D. program, her passion for advancing pharmacists' roles in health care stems from her upbringing in a medicine-oriented family. Early exposure to the role of community pharmacies ignited her commitment to improving patient outcomes and empowering fellow pharmacists and students.

Her interest in integrative medicine complements her focus on cardiovascular health, diabetes management and women’s health. Beyond her residency, she enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cultures, discovering new music and embracing the mountain views of Roanoke, trading ocean views for scenic peaks.
